From February 20 to February 27, 2023, the traditional XVII Games among students of the Karaganda region was held. It took place at Karaganda Buketov University.

   Eight teams from universities of the city and region took part in the start. The Games was held in 13 sports: volleyball (men's, women's), basketball (men's, women's), checkers, chess, togyz-kumalak, arkan tartys, assyk atu, Kazakh wrestling, futsal, presidential all-round, weight lifting, track-and-field athletics and table tennis.

   Students of  "KMU" NCJSC  participated actively in all 13 types of programs and took fourth place in a close contest. The participants of the Games were awarded in both individual and team events:
