On April 9, 2026, our university hosted the XIII Festival “We are Different, We are Equal, We are Together” dedicated to the Day of Unity of the people of Kazakhstan.

Unity among the people of Kazakhstan is unbreakable when every citizen feels like an equal member of one big, close-knit family. In our unitary state, the principles of harmony and patriotism, which are enshrined in the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, form the very foundation of life for all ethnic groups. The celebration of the Day of Unity of the people of Kazakhstan, as well as the annual student festival held in its honor, brings these principles to life. It proves that talent knows no borders and truly belongs to everyone regardless of origin or ability. What unites us is the shared pursuit of a common future.

This year our university was filled with the energy of friendship and creativity for the thirteenth time. Once again, the festival "We are Different, We are Equal, We are Together" showed that there are no boundaries to genuine student solidarity.

A special highlight of this year’s event was the contribution of the School of Public Health. As the previous trophy holder, the School supported the festival and contributed to the renewal of the Grand Prize. The updated trophy has become a symbol of unwavering friendship and eternal respect. By the decision of an independent jury, the prestigious newly renewed Cup begins its journey with

The remaining nominations were awarded as follows:

Dormitory No. 1 received the "Magic of Folk Dance" nomination.

Dormitory No. 2 earned the "Vibe" nomination for creating a unique mood and style.

Dormitory No. 3 received "Drive" nomination for inspiring courage and boundless energy.

Dormitory No. 4 was recognized with "Creative Pursuit" nomination.

Dormitory No. 5 was honored with "Artistry and Charisma" nomination.

Dormitory No. 6 earned "Loyalty to Traditions" nomination for a pure, authentic performance.

One of the most memorable moments of the festival was video projects created on the initiative of the students from the Institute of Life Sciences. These works creatively captured the core values of the festival and highlighted the initiative and active participation of the students.

 This festival is more than a competition between dormitories. It is the day when we truly see each other.

The festival has ended, but the cup in Dormitory No. 7 will serve as a reminder. Next year will bring new heroes and new talents. We are different, but we are a powerful force when together.
