On March 30–31, 2026, the VI International Conference for students of medical universities titled “From the Teachings of Abu Ali ibn Sino to the Third Renaissance” was held in the city of Bukhara (Republic of Uzbekistan). The event brought together young scientists and researchers from various countries.

Within the framework of the conference, a 3rd-year student from the 6B05101 “Biomedicine” educational program, Zhumagali Kozhakhmet, delivered a presentation reflecting current issues in modern medicine. The academic adviser of the work is Professor Saule Akhmetova.

During the presentation, the student demonstrated deep theoretical knowledge, the ability to present material logically, and a high level of preparing a research paper. The report received a positive evaluation from the members of the jury.

As a result of the conference, he won 2nd place and was also awarded a diploma in the nomination “Best Innovative Medical Approach” among students, confirming a high level of training and the competitive ability of domestic students on the international scientific stage.
