4th-year students of the Faculty of Pediatrics — Arina Shtepa, Maria Lopukha, Maria Apachidi, Dilda Makhmetova, and Alexandra Posudnevskaya visited Avicenna Tajik State Medical University as part of the academic mobility program and completed the “Neurological Pathology in Children and Adolescents” course from April 24 to May 8, 2025.

The students had the opportunity to get acquainted with the education and healthcare system of the Republic of Tajikistan, gain knowledge and experience from doctors and professors, participate in clinical work, and observe the organization of medical care in child neurology. They took part in examination of patients, discussed clinical cases, and learned about modern approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of neurological diseases.

They also participated in the "XX Research and Practical Conference of Young Scientists and Students" and attended a meeting with a family doctor from the Netherlands. In addition, a tour of the simulation center of TSMU was organized for the students.
