Championship of the RK hand-to-hand fighting was held from March 5 to March 9, 2023 in Karaganda city. In competitions participated 562 athletes from all regions of Kazakhstan, from which 107 athletes have a rank of the candidate for the master of sports and 17 - the master of sports.   

The honor of Karaganda region was defended by 99 athletes, one of which was a student of NCJSC “Karaganda Medical University” Camilla Kyrykbay, 1-002 group Biomedicine. She performed well in the competition and became the silver medalist..
