The evaluation criteria varied widely, including precision, quick response, thinking outside the box, and active participation by all team members. Following the competition's results, the winners secured the top three places and received well-deserved prizes. Other teams received nice presents as tokens of appreciation for their active participation.
The event highlighted the importance of cultural exchange and inter-ethnic cooperation. It enables students to increase their proficiency in English for locals and Russian for foreigners while also building essential competencies required for future medical professionals such as leadership, empathy, and effective cross-cultural communication.
Such educational projects help to shape global awareness among future doctors, enabling them to develop professional and soft skills that are essential to a successful career in today's multicultural world of medicine.
