On the eve of International Women’s Day, the assembly hall of the main building of our university was filled with an atmosphere of warmth, music, and spring mood. Student creative groups created a festive mood, congratulating the ladies of the university community — future doctors, professors, and staff members.

Bakhyt Nurgaliyevna Kosherova, Chairman of the Board – Rector, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, congratulated the ladies and presented Letters of Gratitude from the Ministry of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan to:

The pinnacle event of the celebration was a big concert organized by student creative groups. The program delighted the audience with its diversity, ranging from heartfelt folk songs to popular hits. The audience generously applauded the performers, especially during the bright singing performances and the performance of the “Zhiger” ensemble. Their musical medley conveyed the depth and devotion of a mother’s heart.

The choreographic program was equally diverse: from the classical spring waltz performed by the “Karakoz” Folk Ensemble to energetic modern compositions by the “New Wave” dance group. A special highlight was the performance by Ayan Khan and Tanisha Singh, students of the International Medical Faculty.

Traditionally, the “highlight” of the event was the performance by the male members of the university community. The “main resuscitators of women’s hearts of our university,” performed in duos with artificial intelligence.

A celebration at a medical university always carries a special meaning, because a woman in medicine is not only a professional but also the embodiment of care, compassion, and life itself. The concert became a wonderful opportunity to take mind off things from the busy weekdays and recharge with positive energy for the coming spring.
