On February 14, 2023 at the Department of Pathology held a round table on the topic «Modern products of metabolic correction and apitherapy» as part of the plan of educational work of NCJSC «KMU» on the topic «Problems of formation of healthy lifestyle. Ways to solve it».

Organizers: Head of the Department of Pathology, Professor Zhautikova Saule, Ph.D., Associate Professor Fatima Samitovna. Guests of the meeting: speaker pediatrician, apitherapist Karimova Lyazzat with 25 years of experience, Gudyma Svetlana, Head of the Department for Youth Work Ungarbayeva Aigul.

  The speaker spoke about the main types, properties of apiproducts: honey, propolis, bee pollen, royal jelly, bee venom; the role of bee products in maintaining health: their use in all viral infections, strengthening immunity; the role of apiproducts, ensuring the adaptation of the body to large mental and physical loads supporting the functions of the cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive, endocrine, nervous, urinary, musculoskeletal systems; shared the experience of apiproducts in various pathological conditions in both children and adults.

Svetlana Grigorievna treated teachers and students with bee pollen with algae.

  The active discussion was attended by guests, teachers of the course of pathological physiology and students of the 3rd course of specialty «General medicine», the 4th course of specialty «Dentistry».  The meeting was held in a friendly and warm atmosphere.
