On November 2025, International Scientific Student Society was held among interns from Samarkand State Medical University and KMU NCJSC. The event was held online. Instructors and interns from the Department of Internal Medicine of the Pediatric Faculty from Samarkand State Medical University and the Department of Family Medicine from KMU NCJSC participated. Sixth and fifth year interns participated in the event. The topic was   "Сoronary heart disease (CHD), Acute coronary syndrome (ACS) without ST segment elevation" clinical case analysis. The report was presented by interns from the group 6026: Assel Aitmyrza, Zhansaya Baltabay, Gulsezim Muginova, and Kymbat Ozbek. Academic advisor – Lazat Batyrbekova, assistant professor at the Department of Family Medicine.

When analyzing the clinical case, emphasis was placed on providing emergency assistance at the prehospital phase and on the tactics for management of patients with recurrent AMI after hospitalization. The management of patients after hospitalization and treatment and observation at the outpatient level are described in accordance with the regulatory legal acts. More attention is paid to the rehabilitation of patients.
