The Saryarka team from the Karaganda Medical University took part in the international student competition "Language is the soul of a nation", organized by the "Kazakh National Medical University named after S.D. Asfendiyarov" NCJSC in Almaty on September 28, 2024. The competition was dedicated to the Day of Languages ​​and brought together students of medical universities from all over the world competing in knowledge of the Kazakh, Russian and English languages. The main objectives of the event are to improve language skills, develop creative abilities and building friendship between students from different countries.

The Saryarka team consisting of Yusra Hussain (captain), Sidra Shaukat, Dahair Abdulrahman Noor Bakri, Lodha Hemraj and Rathore Dhruv Singh under the supervision of  N. M. Abduova,  N. B. Akzhunisova,  N. Kh. Elshibekova , teachers from the Karaganda Buketov University and accompanying vice-dean  Saniya Boranbayevna Kenzhebekova demonstrated excellent results, winning the honorable 3rd place.
