The second-year students of the International Medical Faculty took part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference “Humanitarian Knowledge in the Era of Change,” dedicated to the memory of the Kazakhstani philosopher, Professor Bisembay Yergaliyevich Kolumbayev. The conference was held on March 19, 2026, at Karaganda National Research University named after Y.A. Buketov.
The students delivered presentations on interdisciplinary topics, addressing the humanitarian aspects of modern higher education, ethical issues related to the use of artificial intelligence in medical education, and the philosophy of health and medicine.
These topics were met with great interest among the conference participants and led to an active discussion with numerous questions.
The hosts of the conference noted the relevance of the issues discussed and the high level of student training, carried out under the supervision of Assistant Professor N.A. Mingisheva from the Department of History of Kazakhstan and Social-Political Disciplines.
