In the Address of the Head of the State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the People of Kazakhstan titled "Kazakhstan in the Age of Artificial Intelligence: Current Tasks and Their Solutions through Digital Transformation" delivered on September 8, 2025, the President highlighted that entrepreneurs should be a motivating force of the country's digital transformation.
Following this Address, first-year students from the groups 1002 and 1005 of the "Medical and Preventative Care" EP studying “Foundations of Entrepreneurship and Anti-corruption Culture” module, along with second-year students from the "Medicine" EP's 2014 group participated in an engrossing workshop at the Department of History and Social-Political Sciences, which was aimed at gaining perspective in entrepreneurship.
The guest speaker was Diya Kushkenovna Yerzhanova, a successful entrepreneur in Kazakhstan. She is known as the co-founder of the unique Ibrayev family bee house and the creator of her own brand.

Her vibrant and emotional presentation instantly captivated the audience. Inspired from her personal success story, Diya Kushkenovna told students  secrets to a successful business, nuances of managing a bee house, and perks of producing eco-friendly products.
What stood out most was real-life communication, transforming it into an interactive workshop-dialogue. Students enthusiastically asked questions about business management nuances and certification conditions in agriculture.
However, what truly resonated with the audience were detailed stories in achieving the goals. Diya Kushkenovna shared her special experience with young doctors in doing business in the challenging area of agriculture.
She paid special attention to essential details: how to obtain a license and certification for doing business, regulatory frameworks governing organic farming in Kazakhstan, and opportunities available for startups in agriculture.
This meeting became a starting point of reflection on the future for many students, after all, meeting a successful entrepreneur gave a big boost for their own endeavors.
The facilitators of this event were teachers from the Department of History and Social-Political Sciences: PhD, Associate Professor Bagdat Sabitovna Bitenova, and Assistant Professor Dinara Yermekovna Dzhakupova.
