On January 27, another meeting of psychologists of the Department of History of Kazakhstan and SPD with students of the foreign department took place within the framework of the psychological circle.

The topic of the meeting was «Problems in achieving the goals».

During the proceedings, the issues of behavior of maladaptive personality were clarified, and aspects of auto-aggression and perfectionism were considered.

Students explored their behavioral strategies through cognitive behavioral therapy, art therapy.

Upon completion of the work, the students shared their feedback, made conclusions and identified new healthy behavior tactics, which will help them achieve their goals more effectively in the future.
