On September 15-17, 2022, the First Congress of ROSMEDOBR was held in Moscow and within the framework of the XIII International Forum "Innovative Educational Technologies in Medicine-2022" and the First Congress of the Russian Society of Medical Education Specialists were held.

The events were organized by the Russian Society of Medical Education Specialists and with the support of the Russian Ministry of Health.

The main topic of the congress was the competence of the medical professional - how to identify, achieve and evaluate, and how to ensure the Russian society competent for the graduates of the 2030s.

The speakers were leading experts in the field of medical education, representatives of the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education and Science, the National Medical Chamber, the Central Accreditation Commission, the Federal Accreditation Centers, the Federal Methodological Center for Accreditation, the Federal Center for CPD of Russia, and Forums for consultation and communication with representatives of these organizations were organized.

The speaker from Kazakhstan was the Head of the Center for Simulation and Educational Technologies of NCJSC "Medical University of Karaganda" Kemelova Gulshat Seitmuratovna, who presented two reports on the topic "Qualification exam passed, quality mark confirmed" and "Integration of a virtual patient, Inverted Class and Patient-Centered Approach Training in Project FOR21". Speeches of Gulshat Kemelova aroused great interest among the Russian medical community. Gulshat Kemelova was proposed to organize a section at next ROSMEDOBR 2023 "Experience in the development of medical education in Kazakhstan", which was positively accepted by the organizers of the Congress.

Teachers of the faculty have been actively participating in the online format. Total certificates of participation in this event submitted 14 teachers, 15 undergraduates 1 and 2 years of training.

All topics were so relevant and interesting that three days of active learning flew by.
