- A graduate of the Master's and doctoral programs of the MUK, since 2018 and currently works at the School of Pharmacy. He teaches pharmaceutical disciplines such as: introduction to the specialty, organization of pharmaceutical activities, pharmaceutical merchandising, information resources in pharmacy, drug provision to the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The head of 11 graduation projects.
- Pharmacology, clinical pharmacy, pharmacognosy, pharmaceutical education.
- Author of more than 40 scientific papers in the state, Russian and English languages, including: 2 articles (Q1, Q2) in indexed databases Scopus and Web of Science, 4 articles in publications recommended by the National Research Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and 7 articles in the RSCI database, 5 publications on methods of pharmaceutical education, more than 20 publications in international and national scientific conferences with awards of various levels (Grand Prix, diplomas, diplomas and certificates). Google Scholar's Hirsch Index is 2.
- Tulebaev E.A. is the coordinator of the module "Basic pharmaceutical disciplines", an adviser for undergraduate students in pharmacy. Curator of the winners of the subject Olympiads in pharmacy.
