Applications for participation in the contest are accepted via the Ministry's information system https://scicontest2024.iac.kz in electronic format within 20 consecutive days from the date of publication of the announcement of the contest.

Scientific insights of the applicant for the Award will be evaluated according to the following indicators:

            1) to have an academic degree recognized in the Republic of Kazakhstan;

            2) to have an academic status awarded by an authorized body;

            3) management of scientific projects and programs in the chosen research area;

            4) availability and quality of scientific results in the chosen research area (articles or reviews in peer-reviewed journals, domestic and foreign monographs, chapters in monographs, patents and others);

            5) availability of articles in prestigious international peer-reviewed journals in the chosen research area coauthored with leading foreign scientists;

            6) teaching one or more module/subject in the organization of higher and/or postgraduate education over the past year;

            7) training of specialists who have been awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or doctor of the profile program;

            8) the proved results of scientific and scientific and technical activities on the implementation into production;

            9) social work aimed at improving the quality, efficiency and impact of scientific studies.
