Dear students of KMU!
We inform you on available vacant places in the dormitories of KMU for 23/12/2025:
Dormitory No. 1 - 2 men’s
Dormitory No. 2 – 5 women’s
Dormitory No. 3 – 20 places, of which: 17 men’s and 3 women’s
Dormitory No. 4 – 9 women’s places
Dormitory No. 5 – 18 places, of which: 7 men’s and 11 women’s
Dormitory No. 6 – 20 places, of which: 10 men’s and 10 women’s
Dormitory No. 7 - 16 places, of which: 9 men’s and 7 women’s
To check into the dormitory, it is required:
1. Apply via the Platonus AIS system
2. Attach the payment receipt.
The cost of living in dormitories: No. 1 is 40 000 tenge; No. 3, No. 6 is 35 000 tenge; No. 2, No. 4, No. 7 is 30 000 tenge; No. 5 is 45 000 tenge for one month and it is also necessary to pay a security deposit in the amount of the cost of one month; upon eviction from the dormitory, the security deposit is returned based on the receipt and statements, in full compliance with all conditions set out in the agreement “On the provision of a place in dormitory”.
