Dear applicants!

Based on the results of submitting documents to the admissions committee of "Karaganda Medical University" NCJSC, we present information about the distribution of places in dormitories:

I. In the 2024-2025 academic year, applicants are scheduled to settle in dormitories No.1, No.3, No.4, No.6.

II. The deadline for submitting applications for providing (reserving) a place in a dormitory room from August 7 to August 25, 2024, online via the Platonus AIS system for applicants with state educational grants.

Prescribed conditions for submitting an application:  

1. Registration of the applicant in the Platonus AIS system.

!!! Attention: Applicants registered in the AIS Platonus for psychometric testing do not re-register.

2. Draw confirmation of registration in the Platonus AIS system

3. When applying for a place in a dormitory in the AIS Platonus system, it is necessary to follow the instructions (posted on the university's website https://www.qmu.edu.kz/ru/contents/view/1402) with the choice of a dormitory and a room. The following documents must be attached to the application:

· ID card in pdf format;

· receipt of payment for accommodation in the dormitory;

· certificate of awarding a state educational grant (for holders of a state educational grant);

· documents on belonging to welfare beneficiaries are attached only by orphaned children and children without parental support. Documents on belonging to other welfare beneficiaries do not need to be attached!

4. After submitting an application for providing (reserving) a place in a dormitory room in the applicant's personal account in the AIS Platonus, the status "Approved without an order" will be released.

!!! Attention: it is essential to regularly review the status of the application in your personal account in the AIS Platonus.

III.  !!! Dear applicants, copies of documents on belonging to welfare beneficiaries must also be provided to the dean's office after the training starts (in September).

IV. For applicants who are applying on a fee basis, information about dormitory check-in will be provided separately.

V.  !!! The actual dormitory check-in will be carried out  from August 26 to September 1. In a given period, the applicant, according to the application, is sent to check into the selected dormitory with the following documentation package:

- page protector – 1 pcs.;

- photo 3x4 – 1 pcs.;

- a copy of the identity card.

VI. Upon dormitory check-in, all applicants and students attend a medical examination for pediculosis/lice infestation (if the test result for pediculosis/lice infestation is positive, dormitory check-in will be refused).

VII.  Applications for dormitory accommodation from applicants living in satellite towns (Temirtau, Abai, etc.) will be accepted from September 1 to September 15 current year, subject to availability.

!!! The cost of accommodation in dormitories:

- Dormitory No. 1 – 330,000 tenge.;

- Dormitories No.3, No.4, No.6 – 275, 000 tenge.

!!! The payment consists of the cost of accommodation for 10 months, as well as a security deposit equal to the cost of living for one month in the selected dormitory.

!!! Upon eviction from a dormitory, the security deposit is refunded on the basis of a receipt and an application, in full compliance with all the conditions outlined in the agreement "On the provision of a place in the dormitory".
