Date and time of the beginning and the end of the acceptance of documents is from July 28, 2025 to August 8, 2025, until 6 pm.
An applicant submits documents to the Secretary of the Competition Committee in person or by e-mail/express delivery service, required for participation in the competition, no later than at the indicated deadline.
Application for participation in the competition is written to the Chairman of the Competition Committee. The list of documents, required for participation in the competition:
- a copy of an identity card and the original for verification;
- a copy of a higher education diploma, academic and/or advanced degree, a document on academic rank and the original for verification (for persons with a diploma from another state, it is required to provide a diploma which passed the procedure of apostille legalization and nostrification);
- copies of certificates of retraining and qualification upgrade (subject to availability) and the original for verification;
- the list of research papers and inventions (subject to availability), certified for employees of the "KMU" NCJSC by the Secretary of the Senate; for employees, who don’t work in the "KMU" NCJSC, by an individual authorized to perform this function in the organization;
- and, other documents, confirming the compliance with competence requirements, specified in the announcement for the competition.
The participant of the competition has the right to submit additional information regarding his/her education, work experience, skill level (the list of scientific publications, references from the management of the previous place of work), and documents, confirming work experience and qualification.
Individuals interested in participating in the competition for the vacant post for the head of the division should additionally submit a presentation of their vision and development strategy of the division.
Qualifying requirements for competition participants:
for the post of the Director of the Department of Infrastructure Development - higher education (technical, economic, legal) and at least 3 years of work experience in business administration in operating activities.
