The date and time of the beginning and end of the acceptance of documents is from July 21, 2025 to August 1, 2025, until 6 pm.

A person applying for participation in the Competition submits the following documents:

1) Application in the prescribed form.

2) A copy of the identity document of the Competition participant.

3) The employment sheet of the participant of the competition in the prescribed form.

4) A copy of educational documents and supplements to them with the presentation of the originals for verification:

- educational documents, a degree awarded to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan in foreign educational organizations the following documents are to be included: copies of certificates of recognition or nostrification of documents issued by the authorized agency in education, with the exception of educational documents issued by foreign higher educational institutions, research centers and laboratories to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan - to the holders of the Bolashak international scholarship, and those subject to the international agreement on mutual recognition and equivalence;

- educational documents issued to the holders of the "Bolashak" international scholarship are attached by a copy of the certificate of completion of studies on the "Bolashak" international scholarship of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, issued by the "Center for International Programs" JSC;

- educational documents, subject to the international agreement on mutual recognition and equivalence are to be attached by copies of certificates of recognition of these documents issued by the authorized agency in education;

5) Copies of documents confirming professional experience, certified by the human resources office at the place of work (current or last);

6) Certificate of no criminal record;

7) Certificate of absence of corruption-related offences issued by the authorized agency;

8) Two references from individuals with managerial experience with whom the candidate has worked for at least 2 years;

9) Presentation on the development strategy within its area.

Persons applying for participation in the competition can provide additional information regarding their education, work experience, professional level and reputation (copies of documents on advanced training, titles, certificate of character, references, scientific publications and other information describing their professional activities, qualifications).

The following individuals are not permitted to participate in the Competition:

1)previously committed corruption-related offenses;

2) has an outstanding or unexpunged conviction;

3) on record in medical special facilities.

Qualification criteria for the participants of the competition:

- for the position of the Vice–Rector for Clinical Work - higher medical education, academic degree/ PhD degree, work experience in leadership positions in healthcare and/or education and/ or clinic for at least 5 years, command of English is preferable.

- for the position of the Vice–Rector for Scientific Work - higher education, academic degree/ PhD degree, no less than 3 articles in journals indexed in Clarivate analytics, Scopus over the past three years, as the main author (quartile=Q3 and higher). The Hirsch index is at least 2 based on Clarivate analytics or Scopus, work experience in leadership positions in healthcare and / or education and / or science for at least 5 years, command of English.
